The client required Council approval to build their home on this secluded 84 acre block with no available services and subject to Bushfire, Environmental Significance and Vegetation Protection Overlays.
We navigated the myriad of clauses and restrictions, presented resolved and compliant plans together with appropriate Planning Report & Bushire Management Statement to enable the smooth granting of Council permission to build a residence on this General Farming zoned land.
We met with various stakeholders including CFA, Council and Environmental Specialists during the process.
