Marks Extension

Located in a street with a boulevard of large established trees and heritage significant homes, it was important to design an extension that respected the neighbourhood character and which didn’t adversely impact on the streetscape. At the same time it was necessary to bring a tired and unloved Victorian era cottage into the modern age with plenty of comforts for its new owner.
