Barnard Subdivision

Our client sought to subdivide a central suburban block into two separate lots and wished to maintain the existing house. Subdividing off the backyard meant the secluded private open space for the existing house needed to be moved to the front yard on a Category 1 major road. Persuasive and sensible arguments supported by well documented plans showed Council how resident amenities would be preserved, and permit approval was granted.
